Shipping and Return

Shipping Usps priority from North Carolina. I currently only ship within America. Each and every plant that I sell is in optimal health, actively growing and documented as such before shipping. Each order comes with $100 in free insurance. Please note that the convenience of buying plants online may come with the risk of broken leaves, wilt or yellowing as shipping can sometimes be a little stressful for your plant. They will shed their oldest leaves during stressful situations in order to provide more energy to the plant, this is a completely normal process. But I've only had 1/30 plants arrive damaged. I promise you your plant is healthy and with proper care your plant will easily bounce back and be growing in no time. I do offer live arrival gaurantee! So in the rare case your plant doesn't survive shipping, a 1/75 chance, then I will give you a full refund! Please send me an unboxing video or clear pictures showing the damage and I will refund your money no questions asked. If there is any salvageable material then I may ask you to send the plant back so I can recoup some of the loss. Please have it shipped back within two days and please use the same care with packaging as you received it. If you need packaging instructions just ask and I'll be happy to help. I do not offer partial refunds.
