• I put a lot of love and time into the plants I offer. I check your plant from top to bottom everyday for weeks, to make sure they are not declining in anyway. Once your plant has been stable for about a week and I am certain they are healthy, I pot them up and wait for them to grow. I am not comfortable selling any plant that hasn't shown me growth above and below soil so you can rest assured that my plants are actively growing. I do not sell unrooted cuttings with dormant growth. All of my cuttings will be rooted, actively growing with new active growth points. Some cuttings may be labeled as lightly rooted, in this case, they have less than a quarter inch of roots. As long as I see the roots are actively growing I am confident they will continue to grow into strong plants for my customers.
• I also take great care in packaging your plants for shipment. I check the weather in both locations, sending and receiving. Your plant will be cradled in polyfill, rolled in paper, placed in the box and surrounded by box filler. I am experienced and confident in shipping in all weather conditions, -20° to 100°+. I use different procedures and products that have been successfully tested in all weather conditions. I am confident your plant will arrive to you absolutely unscathed so I offer you a live arrival gaurantee throughout the whole year.
• I absolutely love talking with my customers and have made so many great friends this way. I talk with my customers around the clock seven days a week. I have five years experience in plant care and I love to give and trade plant care advice. I have had so many conversations with customers who I've helped with plants that I haven't even sold to them. So please, feel free to contact me anytime!
